RETURN POLICY


REFUND

We always seek to offer you a good shopping experience.
For any change or refund we have a validity of 3 calendar days once you have received the product. If more than 3 calendar days have passed since the package was delivered to your address, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or exchange.

If you request a refund before the product has been shipped, we will gladly proceed to do so, however, we will need to subtract the amount corresponding to the commission charged by our payment platforms: Paypal or Conekta, as the case may be.

In case we have already shipped your order, we will consider the 'product return' process.

 

RETURN

In order to apply a return, the product must be in the same condition that it was received, without any use; and be presented protected with the same packaging material.

If you request the return process, we require you to present the receipt or proof of purchase and photos that support the reasons for which you request a refund and return.

 

A partial refund may apply in some specific circumstances:


- In the event that any product is not in its original condition, that it is damaged, has been used or that its components are missing for reasons that do not concern the handling of the product by us.


- In the event that the period of 3 business days is expired.

 

RETURN PROCESS

We ask you to contact us immediately at contact@merakia.com.mx and explain the reasons why you are requesting a refund or exchange. Send us the receipt or proof of purchase with the order number and add graphic evidence (photographs) that will help us better evaluate your case.

We will evaluate your case with the attention that is required and we will attend to your request by contacting you directly. If approved, we will send you by email the details of the process and steps to follow.

We will request that you send us the packaged product with the parts duly protected in order to close the evaluation with the physical product.

Having received and physically evaluated the product, we will send you an email notifying its receipt. Likewise, we will notify you about the status of your approval.

Once approved, we will proceed with the refund and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or payment method with which the purchase was made.

 

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

In case you have not received a refund, please validate the bank account again.
Then contact the bank of the bank account, it becomes common for the refund to take some time to be officially reflected in your account.

CHANGES
If you receive a different product from the one you purchased, you can request the change at no cost via mail, we will send you the details of the process, as long as you have requested the change within the first 3 calendar days from the moment you received the product. package.

An exchange or replacement is applicable if the product has defects in its production or if it was damaged during shipment. Take into account that the materials we use are mostly natural, and these may present small variations in color, tone, composition or different textures while being the same material. Rest assured that we are committed to quality in the selection of materials and in the work of the pieces.

SHIPMENTS

Whoever sends will be responsible for the payment of the shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable. In case of being eligible for a refund, the shipping costs will be reduced from the refund, as long as the shipment has been made.

Depending on where you are based, shipping times vary.

In case of making returns for an amount greater than $2,000 pesos or fragile objects, it should be considered to insure the shipment. We cannot guarantee that the return will be received in good condition.

 

GIFTS
If the order was marked as a 'gift' during the online checkout process and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, we will mail the gift certificate.

If the order was not marked as a 'gift' during checkout, or the person who made the purchase made the shipment to themselves and then delivered the gift, the gift certificate will be sent to the person who made the purchase.

Discounted items or special promotions will not be eligible for reimbursement, however, they could apply to a gift coupon with the partial or total value of the product as the case may be.
