Shipping policy

Shipping policies valid since July 2021.

 

At MERAKIA we ship to United States.

We take care of protecting each piece to ensure that they reach their destination in optimal conditions. We carry out our shipments through FedEx, DHL and UPS, subject to any extraordinary situation or lack of territorial coverage.

We have preferential rates and offer a fixed shipping cost.

- Express US (3-5 business days) - $530 MXN

- Express Shipping (3 to 5 business days) from $3,000 MXN purchase - $400 MXN

- Free Shipping US (6-8 business days) from $3,000 MXN purchase

- Standar US (6-8 business days) - $260 MXN

 

If you want to make special orders of more than 8 pieces, we suggest you contact us directly to ensure that your shipment reaches its destination safely.


Your order will be prepared when we receive confirmation of payment. Once the package is ready and the shipping guide has been generated, you will receive a notification by mail with the tracking data of the shipment.

We do everything possible so that your package is ready to leave maximum during the two days following your purchase.

FedEx, DHL and UPS work during business days (Monday through Friday) and do not move packages on Saturdays.

If you make your purchase on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will most likely receive shipping notification on Monday.

Once the parcel company collects the package, delivery is their responsibility. Any questions or concerns that arise during the process, write to us at contact@merakia.com.mx , or contact us via social networks and we will gladly attend to your request.

In case of delay, we can gladly help you expedite delivery or resolve situations with the parcel.

It is important that you register and rectify the complete delivery address data, (Street, number, neighborhood, postal code, municipality / mayor's office and state).

In case of problems in the delivery or location of the address, the parcel will try to contact you through any of the means provided. If you were absent at the time of delivery, the courier company will call you by phone to let you know. The parcel company makes a maximum of two delivery attempts, after which the product will be returned to its warehouse. Then, you must contact them to pick up the package at the indicated branch.

In case of not being able to establish contact with you and not being able to deliver the package, after a period of 30 calendar days, we will have to cancel the order and it will not be eligible for a refund.

If the package is lost, we will ask for your support to complete the claim process with parcel company, it can take up to 3 business days for the package to be confirmed as lost. Once the process is complete, we will send your order in replacement of the incident.
